Physical and Chemical Properties | Bright yellow liquid, easily soluble in water, alkali resistant, and high-temperature resistant. The cationic groups contained in the chitosan structure can undergo ion bonding with the anionic groups of the dye to form a color lake, which can bond with the active groups on the fiber to attach to the fiber. The amino and cyano groups in the fixing agent L-CS can also undergo self crosslinking and wrap around the dye, making the dye firmly adhere to the fabric, achieving the purpose of color fixation. |
Use | This product is mainly used for fixation of dyeing fabrics with reactive dyes, direct dyes, and acid dyes, especially for dyeing fabrics that are difficult to fix, such as bright red and emerald blue. The fixation process is particularly prominent. Also used as a post mercerizing fixing agent. The general dosage is 20g/L. |
Add 103mL of diethylenetriamine and 54g of ammonium chloride to the reaction kettle, stir at 100 ℃ for 1 hour, raise the temperature to 140 ℃, then add 84g of dicyandiamide, react for 1.5 hours, and then add 400mL of distilled water, an appropriate amount of acetic acid, and chitosan with a degree of deacetylation of 98% to obtain the fixing agent L-CS.
